Run NI New Year C25k Programmes
Run NI are delighted to launch our 8-week New Year C25k Programmes, running in Ballycastle, Bangor and Belfast under the expert guidance of our qualified Leaders and Coaches in Running Fitness.
Our programmes will run in each of town beginning on the week commencing Monday 24th January 2022 and will conclude with a graduation at a local parkrun. The aim of the programme will be to increase physical activity and encourage progression each week. Sessions will include a variety of running, jogging and walking activities.

One night training per week starting at 7pm (sessions will be 60-90mins). Participants will be asked to do 1 or 2 runs on their own each week and will be supported via a Whatsapp Group.
The cost for each programme includes 8 weeks of expert coaching to get you ready to run a 5k, plus a technical running t-shirt. Graduation events for each group will be at a local parkrun and your Group Leader will be able to give you more details of this during your training sessions.
