Run NI are delighted to announce a series of 8-week summer Couch to 5K programmes running in Armagh, Belfast, Magherafelt and Omagh under the expert guidance of our qualified Leaders and Coaches in Running & Fitness in conjunction with our Run NI Groups.
The cost for the program is £30 which includes 8 weeks of expert coaching to get you ready to run a 5K, a goody bag including a technical t-shirt and running diary and free entry into the graduation event (details to follow).
The Armagh Programme will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:45-8pm at the Formation Works, 2 Edenaveys Industrial Estate and will be hosted by Improve on the Move.
