Challenge yourself to run/ walk 14k per week. You can run or walk 2k each day, have one 4k and two 5k days, or do 7k twice a week, it’s up to you!
We’ll finish the February Challenge with a 28 min on the 28th. You set yourself the target of running for 28 minutes, and see just how far you can go.
