Tips For a Better Night’s Sleep
Here are some tips below to helping you get a better night’s sleep:
-Banish phone, laptops and TV’s from the bedroom
-Avoid caffeine, sugar and alcohol late at nights
-Keep regular sleeping hours, trying to get 7-8 hours of sleep every night
-Try and wake up at the same time every day (getting into a good routine can help you fall asleep easier)
-Wind down before bed, eg. Have a warm bath, write a ‘to do list ‘ for the next day, do some relaxation exercises eg yoga, read a book or listen to some relaxing music.
